Roman was fantastic. We had locked ourselves out of our closet / bathroom and completely destroyed the lock on the door trying to break in. Roman arrived at the time we requested, was very fast and efficient, and educated us on what to do next time. I had my key break in my lock at 1am. I am so happy GR locksmith was the company I chose, Roman was at my house in 30 min he got me inside and went above and beyond cutting me an extra key and fixing my lock so it doesn't stick. Roman came to our home end of November to change the lock for our new home but recommended that we reprogram the lock instead. He also reprogrammed our garage door lock. He was very friendly, very helpful, quick, and just an overall pleasure to deal with. He even took a moment to help my husband recode the garage door opener outside. Front door latch broke, locking me out on a Saturday night at 1130pm. Called GR Locksmith, Roman was here in 30min and popped open the front door in 15min! Even removed the mechanism to see what the issue was, and gave me advice on contacting my property management board to see if the costs might be covered. Cost was exactly what was quoted over the phone. Fast, professional service!

100% recommend them. Came and installed a keypad lock for me. They had to drill a larger size hole in my door and cleaned everything up spic and span.
